Refund & Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at our email below. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can make it right.
Exceptions
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods that have been opened or used. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Your item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at the contact options below.
Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription, a pre-order, or try before you buy. This policy outlines how you can change or cancel these types of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select. You can cancel or change your subscription at any time via the links in your order confirmation emails.
Pre-Orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a product not yet available. You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. If already fulfilled, you may request a refund in accordance with our Return Policy above.
Try Before You Buy
When you purchase a try before you buy item, we authorise your payment method before fulfilling the order. You will have a set period to decide if you wish to keep the item. If the item is not returned within that period, your payment method will be charged in full.
Shipping Policy
Roselle offers complimentary shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase is required.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Estimated Delivery Times
Domestic: 5–8 business days. International: 7–10 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.
Delays
All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Roselle is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.
